| A trusted car mechanic is one of the most important people you need in your life! I am so pleased to have found this service shop! I have never met people so knowledgeable about cars, especially Bud! These people are the real deal! As a women, I have been subjected to endless mansplaining, or at worst, not had my concerns addressed at all when I?ve called about getting a car repaired at other places-but not at Haver?s! After owning cars for over 26 years, I finally feel like I can be the contact point for our family?s car repairs without having to have my husband take over because some grease monkey won?t take a woman seriously. Thank you, Haver?s and Bud for treating this woman with respect. |

| I work out of town. My partner needed to get the car fixed. She did not have an appointment, and our old mechanic has retired. Haver's managed to get the car in even though they were busy and fixed it for her. I am very appreciative. We will be utilizing them in the future for repairs and maintenance. |

| Bud at Haver?s in Gretna was generous with his time and helped my son get back on the road quickly.In the middle of a cross country move, my son?s car broke down. Bud helped him get back-and-forth from his hotel. He communicated well with us about the car and was professional throughout our experience at Haver?s. |

| Havers in Gretna was amazing-they got the vehicle in same day, realized due to another vehicle with same problems that it had bad fuel. They repaired it quickly and were a awesome at helping us have the documentation to get the repairs paid for by the gas station. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. WD towing was suggested by them and they too were quick and awesome in getting my 18 year olds car and himself picked up off side of the road. Thank you!! |

| An organization you can trust. They recommend service only when it i needed and keep me informed throughout the process. I was receiving service at the 90th Street location but it was definitely a benefit to follow them to Gretna when they moved. |
